Return & Refund Policy

ZenRing™ is designed to reduce anxiety—not create it. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it simple to fix.


Who can return

  • This policy covers products purchased directly from our website.

  • If you purchased from another retailer/marketplace, please use their return process.


60-Day Risk-Free Returns

You can request a return within 60 calendar days of delivery—no complicated reasons required.

To qualify for a full refund:

  • Return the ring and all included accessories (charging dock, cable, guides).

  • Condition: like new or gently used with no cracks or deep scratches. (Light wear from brief testing is okay.)

  • Include the order number or order email.

If an item comes back missing parts or with excessive wear, we may apply a reasonable deduction for diminished value.

How to start a return:
Visit [Return Center link] or email contact@zenring.store with your order number and reason (optional). We’ll issue an RMA and instructions. Please do not ship anything back without an authorization.


Sizing kits

  • Sizing kits are consumables and are non-returnable, non-refundable.

  • If you cancel an order after a sizing kit has shipped, a $10 fee applies to cover the kit and postage.

  • If you already know your ZenRing™ size (e.g., from a friend’s kit), you can select it directly at checkout. We do not offer half sizes.


Exchanges (size or color)

If your ring is unused or gently used and you’d like a different size or color, the fastest route is:

  1. Submit a return (per the steps above), and

  2. Place a new order for the size/color you want.

Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the exchange is due to a defect or wrong item shipped.


Damaged, defective, or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or in the wrong color/variant:

  1. Take clear photos of the item and packaging.

  2. Contact us within 14 days of delivery at contact@zenring.store with your order number and photos.

  3. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid label where applicable.


“Delivered” but not received

  • Check safe-drop areas, building office/concierge, and neighbors.

  • Click your tracking link for carrier details and GPS/scan info.

  • If still missing, contact the carrier and then email contact@zenring.store with your order number so we can help investigate.


Return shipping & fees

  • For change-of-mind returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping.

  • For defects, damage on arrival, or wrong item, we’ll cover reasonable return shipping (use the label we provide).

  • Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.


Refunds

  • We issue refunds to the original payment method only once the return is received and inspected (or upon valid proof of return, at our discretion).

  • Processing time: we initiate refunds promptly; banks may take 3–10 business days to post. In any case, no later than 30 calendar days after we receive the product or proof of return—whichever is earlier.

  • If bundled items or free gifts were included, please return them. If not returned, we may deduct a proportionate amount from the refund.


Cancellations

  • You may cancel a paid order before it’s packed for shipment; we’ll refund in full.

  • If a sizing kit has already shipped, a $10 fee applies.

  • Once an order has shipped, please follow the standard return process.


Warranty

  • Standard warranty: 1 year worldwide for manufacturing defects.

  • EEA (EU/UK/EEA countries): 2-year statutory warranty period applies.

  • What’s covered: defects in materials or workmanship. We’ll repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.

  • What’s not covered: misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, and battery capacity loss over time (normal for all rechargeable batteries).

Packaging for returns

Use the original packaging if possible, or a sturdy box with padding. Items damaged in return transit due to inadequate packaging may receive a reduced refund.


No order number?

We need the original order number (or the purchaser’s email) to locate your transaction. If the item was a gift, refunds go back to the original payment method of the purchaser.


Where to ship

We’ll share the correct return address and/or prepaid label after you request a return.
Please do not ship products to any address without an RMA, as unidentified returns can’t be processed.
